Bogdan Kominowski as Klotkoff

Klotkoff was a KGB agent sent by General Gogol to spy on Max Zorin. Zorin caught him attempting to plant a bomb on Zorin's San Francisco oil rig. Klotkoff was forced to disarm the mine before he was dropped onto the rig's propellors and killed.

In the 1985 film A View to a Kill, Klotkoff was portrayed by New Zealand singer Bogdan Kominowski.

Klotkoff first appears when General Gogol, along with Venz, visits Zorin. Klotkoff calls Zorin "a physiological freak" prompting May Day to pick him up and throw him to the floor.

Later at Zorin's oil pumping station, Klotkoff and Pola Ivanova record Zorin discussing plans to destroy San Francisco's Silicon Valley. They then try to blow up the rig with a mine. Pola manages to escape but Klotkoff is caught and forced to disarm the mine. Zorin then orders that Klotkoff be thrown into the intake pipe rotors, which cut him to pieces.
