Tomorrow Never Dies is the 1999 video game adaption of the 1997 film of the same name. It was developed by Black Ops Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. The game was released as a PlayStation exclusive in November 1999 and features the likeness of Pierce Brosnan's Bond, although his voice was provided by Adam Blackwood in the game.

Dr. Kaufman, a professional assassin and Stamper's mentor. Voiced by Miles Anderson.

Satoshi Isagura, a wanted Japanese terrorist. Voiced by Miles Anderson.

M, the head of MI6 and Bond's superior. Voiced by Caron Pascoe.

Q, the MI6 quartermaster. Voiced by Miles Anderson.
